MTV-reality and action sports-star Rob Dyrdek takes flight in his 2012 Chevy Sonic while performing a kick flip – a 360-degree rotation in mid-air that is more commonly performed on a skateboard Saturday, December 17, 2011 in Santa Clarita, California. For the stunt, racing seats/seatbelts and a roll cage were added to the Sonic -- which has the most standard safety equipment in the sub-compact class, including 10 air bags.
